Prayer to the Mother of Fair Love
Composed for the return of the image to Pažaislis on July 15, 2000
Mary, Mother of Fair Love, before you,
who have returned to the Mountain of Peace,
we bow down in reverence, imploring you
to embrace our nation with your loving gaze,
bring back true peace and unity to our land,
inspire zeal for justice and all that is good,
and guide our young people toward maturity,
in order to spread your Son’s Kingdom on Earth. Amen.
